Lucky Paws has now come to a close, im now training to be a professional Dog Groomer...I will be taking on Dogsbodies in Stockley near Calne from the end of Feb 2010. Where every dog finds a home.. We are a Dog Rescue and Rehoming Centre. We are completely Self Funded not Charity Funded. We have a friendly approach to rehoming our dogs, giving everyone a chance to give a home. Please note- appointments only for viewing, thank you. We Rehome many breeds of dogs and puppies, making sure they get a great home that every one derseves. We rescue all breeds of dogs and take pride in finding them the loving home they should have. We will carry out a home check if we feel it is nessasary for the dog and/or the new owner, but in most cases we find it not needed.
My mum has fully licensed kennels for Boarding dogs( Oak Tree Kennels), so if you would like us to look after your dog whilst your on holiday we can do this for you. We now work with local Vets in chippenham do vet checks the rehoming dogs before they go to their new homes. Newly build grooming room designed just for dogs. We can do grooming for your dog, clip, wash, blow dry etc...ask for more info.
We do believe in high disinfection control at the kennels so please respect this is to protect the dogs and puppies from any germs or infection that visitors could be unaware they are bringing into the kennels. You maybe asked to wait outside the puppy kennels so we can reduce any risks to the puppies. This advise is given by our local Vet. Regular call in visits from RSPCA and license officers. |

Any breed of dog we can find a home for them for you, we only ask that they are upto date with Vaccinations and a donation of food or a small money donation to help us during their stay with us. Take a look at our Dogs and Puppies for homes page to check on our current dogs looking for a new home.
We work on no-home check needed basis in most cases, although we can still carry out a home check if we feel its needed. We can check on vets records and referances if we feel nessasary. We just advise you to bring your dog, if you already have one, and/or your children to see if the dog you are looking at homing is suitable for you and your family.Our main aim is that you offer a good suitable home.

Fully licensed and newly built estabilishment. We have all heated indoor kennels for extra comfort. We have just build four new adult kennels with sheltered front. Cheques- Please note as of further notice we are unable to take CHEQUE payments even if covered with a card as we have had a few cases of payments not being cleared even when under the guarentee amount. As we are a dog rescue we simply couldn't keep running if people decide not to process payments via cheque once they have rehomed a dog. Its sad to hear people do this i know.
